Yep the same band. Check out their live album 'NYC Bluster' for a more darker and aggressive sound. Some like it, others don't. Certainly worth a listen.
Some of the lyrics are very negative. Maybe that's my reading?
Some of them are, but then on that very same album you have lyrics such as the chorus to 'Juniper Dreams' as well as 'Closing Remark'
Oh well, this sounds like a too serious discussion!
